Terms & Conditions - Limited-Edition Srixon Open Championship Stand Bag Competition

  1. The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

  2. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Persons who have completed and submitted an entry form between 00.01am (BST) on Monday 13th July 2026 and 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 19th July 2026 will be automatically entered into the competition (an “Entry”). Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel future competition periods at its discretion.

  3. Nine by Nine Golf LTD accepts no responsibility for any entry attempts which are not completed for any reason, including technical interruption, fault or site failure. Incomplete entry forms will not be considered a valid entry into the competition.

  4. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the entry period ends.
  5. The winner will receive one 1x Limited Edition Srixon Open Championship Stand Bag.

  6. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up. They must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility before awarding the Prize. If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  7. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative product.
  8. The Prize is awarded as is, with no customisation options available beyond the chosen model.

  9. If the advertised Prize is unavailable, Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.

  10. Nine by Nine Golf LTD covers all shipping costs within the United Kingdom. The Prize will only be shipped to a valid UK address.

  11. The surname and county of the winner may be made available to anyone who requests this information in accordance with applicable advertising regulations. If the winner objects to their information being published, they should notify Nine by Nine Golf LTD. In such circumstances, Nine by Nine Golf LTD may still be required to provide the information to regulatory authorities if requested.

  12. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

    Nine by Nine Golf LTD is not responsible for:

    • Any delays in delivery, damage to the Prize during shipping, or loss incurred if the winner provides incorrect shipping information.

    • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the Prize.

    Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. 

  13. By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Nine by Nine Golf LTD. Participants can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

    Personal data collected will be used for marketing purposes and in accordance with Nine by Nine Golf LTD’s Privacy Policy: Nine by Nine Golf Privacy Policy.
    Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting hi@ninebyninegolf.com.

  14. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
