At Nine by Nine Golf, every order is prepared with care at our Chichester workshop. Whether selecting an in-stock product or commissioning a custom-built club, our focus is precision and reliability at every stage.
Standard Products
In-stock, non-custom items are dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has been dispatched, including full tracking details.
Custom-Built Clubs
All custom clubs are assembled in-house at Nine by Nine Golf. Each build is completed to your selected specifications and inspected prior to dispatch.
Custom orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days. During busier periods, please allow up to a maximum of 15 working days. This timeframe begins once your order is confirmed and all components are available in-house.
If your order includes both in-stock items and custom-built clubs, the complete order will be shipped together once the build is finished.
Shipping Services
UK orders are shipped with DPD using a fully tracked and insured service. Most mainland deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch. Saturday delivery is available where selected at checkout.
International orders are shipped with FedEx using a tracked and insured service. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Returns for Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom-fit and personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty. We are unable to accept returns for custom specifications due to changes in personal preference. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing your order.
Adjustment Marks on Custom Orders
Where loft or lie angles are adjusted, minor marks may be visible on the club head. These are cosmetic only and do not affect performance or structural integrity.
International Taxes and Duties
For customers outside the UK, applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and paid through Nine by Nine Golf. This helps minimise delays during import and prevents additional charges upon delivery.
