Prize Terms

  1. The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  2. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Persons who have completed and submitted an entry form will be automatically entered into the competition (an “Entry”). Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel future competition periods at its discretion.
  3. Nine by Nine Golf LTD accepts no responsibility for any entry attempts which are not completed for any reason, including technical interruption, fault or site failure. Incomplete entry forms will not be considered a valid entry into the competition.
  4. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the competition ends.
  5. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up. They must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility before awarding the Prize. If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. The Prize is one £300 Nine by Nine Golf digital gift voucher, redeemable at ninebyninegolf.com.
  7. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used across multiple orders until the balance is spent. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given. It cannot be used with other discount codes or to buy gift vouchers.
  8. If the advertised Prize is unavailable, Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.
  9. The surname and county of the winner may be made available to anyone who requests this information in accordance with applicable advertising regulations. If the winner objects to their information being published, they should notify Nine by Nine Golf LTD. In such circumstances, Nine by Nine Golf LTD may still be required to provide the information to regulatory authorities if requested.
  10. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nine by Nine Golf LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. Nine by Nine Golf LTD is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, deleted or not received because the winner provided an incorrect email address.
  11. Nine by Nine Golf LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.
  12. By entering the competition, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Nine by Nine Golf LTD. Participants can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Personal data collected will be used for marketing purposes and in accordance with Nine by Nine Golf LTD’s Privacy Policy: Nine by Nine Golf Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting hi@ninebyninegolf.com.
  13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
