The external shape of the 3DP Tour is compact and refined, similar in size to a traditional player's iron. Internally, however, 3D printing allows the mass properties to behave more like a game-improvement design. By combining a high moment of inertia with a low centre of gravity, the iron offers increased stability and forgiveness without losing the clean lines, minimal offset, and soft feel demanded by better players.

Internal Lattice Structure

At the core of the 3DP Tour is a complex internal lattice structure. By transforming the interior of the blade, COBRA reduces overall head weight by approximately 33 percent. This discretionary weight is then redistributed to optimise centre of gravity placement, improve stability, and enhance feel, all while preserving the traditional blade profile at address.

Extreme Forgiveness with Soft Feel

The internal lattice doesn’t just save weight. It also reinforces the structure of the face and topline, allowing stiffness and strength to be tuned precisely. This enables COBRA to fine-tune acoustics, producing a controlled, muted impact sound that translates directly into a softer, more responsive feel. Even on slight mishits, feedback remains composed rather than harsh.

Tungsten Weighting

Up to 100 grams of tungsten is positioned low in the heel and toe, using the weight freed up by the 3D printed lattice. This significant tungsten placement dramatically increases MOI for a blade-style iron, helping preserve ball speed and directional control. The result is a compact iron that offers forgiveness levels closer to a game-improvement model, without sacrificing precision or workability.
